NOTICE is hereby given that the 146th Annual General Meeting of the
North Shore Cricket Club (Incorporated) will be held at the C.C.Dacre Pavilion, Cambridge Terrace, Devonport, Thursday 26 August 2010 at 7-30pm.

7.      Nomination of R Brittenden as Life Member

Please note the following:-
a.       The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2010 will be posted to the club website www.northshorecricket.co.nz on Friday 15 August following receipt of the Auditor's Report.
b.       The following nominations have been received to date for election of officers - Patron Barry Sinclair, President Kevin Robinson, Executive Board - Jeff Chapman, Craig McGuigan, Ken Miller, Andrew Reeder and Jamie Stuart. The Board has nominated the existing Vice-presidents to retain their office
c.        Any further nominations for office-bearers (otherthan Auditor and Legal Adviser where the president will propose from the chair at the meeting that the existing office-holders be confirmed in office) should be made on the nomination form which can be downloaded from the club website. Completed forms may be posted to PO Box 32-423 Devonport to reach the box by 5pm on 26 August or be handed to the undersigned by 7pm at the clubrooms on 26 August 2010.
